Good Security

These envelopes are good for payroll and accounts payable. We find them secure for paychecks and checks for invoices. Since we are a field office we prefer these as opposed to the window version of the envelope.

This is an envelope. It opens it closes it seals and the postal service seems to like. Stuff I send gets there. What's to rate? It works...

I like security envelopes because if I see a non-security envelope I can't help but to try to look closely at it to see the correspondence. I know this is wrong. Sometimes you can even see the color of a check or the outline of a logo. Not good. But since I've found these envelopes I don't have to worry about prying eyes like mine - well I've never really seen anything confidential or even noteworthy - but who want's to take that risk with someone else who may be more nefarious than I? Not me. And probably not you. So buy these. You'll enjoy the security.

Wish glue went all the way across

I am a huge user of #10 envelopes for mail merges for my clients - I use these and Staples envelope # 394093 at least 3 times each week in my business. The older envelopes Staples produced were MUCH better in that the gummed area under the pull-away strip extended ALL THE WAY from edge to edge on the flap. The current gummed area leaves an un-sealed corner 5/8-inch wide on each end of the flap and these are liable to catch in the Post Office's machines - they also catch other envelope corners when stacked - drives me crazy! Wish they'd go back to the older fully gummed style! Staples? Are you listening? Otherwise I am a BIG FAN of Staples and their products and have been for years!
