Delivery was great--next day and right to my door--no shipping. However mat is just OK. A little too thin and pliable. Divots appeared on first day of use which catch the wheels and make rolling the chair a bit difficult at times if wheels are not positioned just right. Thicker more solid mat would have been better.

The floor mat is very high quality however that is what made it difficult to handle. After my genius daughter saw my problem she quickly came up with a solution. I really love it.

The top of the chair mat had tape all over. I spent 45 minutes with Goo Gone and a straight razor trying to remove it. The top is still sticky and will require more elbow grease.
