The mat is clear but it is thin and the wheels from my chair have created created indentations limiting the movement of the chair as early as with the first use.

My pile is 1" thick I asked for a mat that the wheels wouldn't sink into. I'm 190 pounds. This mat didn't do it. Disappointed it will be return tomorrow AM.

I bought this specifically for my carpet because it said it can be used for carpet/padding up to 1” in thickness. The grooves on the underside of this mat are about 1/4” in depth which provides no real relief to the carpet it’s on. The mat itself indents along with the carpet when I’m using my chair on it.

Arrived in one day. It doesn't slide and the thicker mil made a big difference. My chair is not on rollers and it leaves very slight dents in the plastic which do not last long. I have not seen this mat in retail stores so I'm glad I bought it on line.
