I thought that the mat would be more substantial than it is. The wheels under my desk chair cause indentations in the mat and cause some problems with the movement of my chair. I should have bought a mat of greater substance.

I need to return this mat as it is way to soft thus it does NOT allow my office chair to roll around freely. My chair just sank into the mat.

This mat stops my chair from grinding my carpet down with the wheels on my desk chair. It is easier to move my chair up to my desk. It is not too big but big enough. It is exactly what I was looking for.
