1. Delivery was days late and horrible. We were home. No knock on the door by delivery. We did not even know it had been delivered. Who does that? 2.By the time I saw the mat it was folded in half and flopped over on top! It took 2 days to flatten it out. 3. "plush"...is not thicker than regular mat. Was not worth the $$. I've kept the old one to put under this new one so there are no chair marks.

Unlike past chair mats my chair leaves divots in this mat and it is clearly more flimsy than mats I’ve ordered in the past.

Don't waste your money on this chair mat. It curls up and then its hard to roll your chair over it. I have had to set heavy boxes on the corners to hold them down but it hasn't helped. By the time I realized that it was just not going to work no matter what I did and wanted to return it I had exceeded the time limit on returns.

The mat has dents in it from the chair and does not allow the chair to move freely while sitting in it. My carpet is less than 3/4" as stated in the description.
