sturdy mat service level on this delivery was the worst

their service level on this delivery was the worst! Last order – the delivery guy rang my doorbell and delivered the mat in a box to me. This time – left on the front porch translates to didn’t ring doorbell and just threw on the ground without a box and took off. 😠 With it not having a box could have at least leaned it against the house…

The mat does not stay put on my carpet. I am constantly having to adjust it several times throughout the day.

The chair mat arrived dirty. Not just from warehouse dust but with scuffs and ink marks as if it had been used. I cleaned it. It works well.

Large mat works perfectly for my small area rug and hardwood under my office desk at home. My office desk chair no longer bunches up my area rug and wears on it. This is exactly what I needed.

This mat is the same size as the one I had previously. However when I roll my chair off of the mat - the wheels gets caught on the end of the mat when I try to roll it back on. I exercise every morning and it becomes a challenge to lift my chair back onto the mat. I had purchased my previously mat from staples however it was a heavier/harder quality. On this mat I see the imprint of the wheels into the mat. I think the quality of the mat has been compromised.
