Overall a good chair mat. I had to buy this new one after my old cracked ( it wasn't that old but got significantly more during this past year). Anyway this is a good chair mat it smoothed out nicely. I am just waiting for one small area one edge to smooth out over the carpet. Overall pleased with this purchase.

I do want to tell you about my wonderful salesman’....he went and got it for me since itt wasn’t on display carried it up front for me and refused to let me carry it outside to my car. I’m afraid I don’t remember his name but the young man at the register told me ‘oh he does everything around here ..he’s great we all know him” when I asked his name (and then forgot it). I’ve always had good service at that location>>!!

My carpet is not what I would consider high pile but I bought this mat due to full days sitting and I’m a bigger guy. The mat does hold up to a point but I still sink and leave impressions. This does make it difficult to move the chair. Even if it’s been only minutes. I wish they would just make a heavy duty for large people mat. When it was delivered it was not in a box or anything. The shipping tag was stuck to the mat and it was laid down outside my door. I would recommend this as a mat for anyone up to 250-275 but my 300lbs is pushing the limit.

This chair mat is TERRIBLE!

I have only been using it for 4 days and I already have ruts where my chair rollers sit. It is a real nuisance to roll around and I don't even have a very thick carpet! This is rated for medium pile carpet and it was supposed to have a lip which it does not which is fine with me. I wonder however if I received the correct mat. Regardless I plan on returning it as soon as I can. Also it was received with curled edges - I had to use a hair dryer to get them to flatten out. I'm not a happy camper as I don't have time for this!
