This floor mat is perfect for an area where you want to preserve a new carpet around your computer desk or you just want to preserve a nice older carpet.

Mat should have been folded with the spike side in to make it easier to flatten to floor.

It was clear and the little points on the underside hold the carpet and do not move while my chair rolls over it all day long.

Very nice mat just wasn't delivered by Staples in a roll. I had to put it outside for a day in the sun to get the mat to lay down straight. Good thing I live in the desert and it was over 100 degrees that day.

It lies there the way it should. It lets me walk all over it. It lets me roll my chair over it. It's really what I needed in a chair mat.
