This was exactly as described and what I wanted. I knew that it was USA made but I was delighted to find out that it was made right in MA!

I though my chair was going to be easy to move around but it was the same thing when it was on may carpet.

The Chair Mat is fine. It's the way Staples handled the payment. I paid the amount required with my Easy Rewards but instead Staples charged my Discover card. Not Happy about that at all. :(

I've just started using it but it was delivered flat & is still flat. So far my chair rolls great on it & it's on a very high pile carpet

The mat is the right size but is a little thinner than expected. Dimples from chair rollers' weight.

Bought this to protect the new carpet. It does a great job. Chair glides under desk. Exactly what I wanted.
