Wheels of office chair sink in to the soft plastic a little. It is better than trying to roll the chair around on the carpet without the mat.

Mat may be ok but I don't know yet because it was shipped in a tight roll that took all my strength to unroll. Extremely difficult to flatten. Had to pile furniture on top of it and it still curled up. Hope it will flatten in a few days but really this is an utterly inappropriate and insane way to ship this product. If it doesn't lie flat by the end of this week I will return it.

was happy with the chair mat except for the fact when I tried to purchase in the store they insisted the price was double. I went to the parking lot and ordered online to pick up in store ! Not happy with the service in the store
