Great material not brittle. Thick & pliable; chair rolls easily. Well made.

The mat itself was great but it arrived on our front porch with no plastic or paper covering over it. It was just dropped on the porch by the delivery person.

It fit perfectly under my desk and was the correct size.

First it was way late and when it came it was curled up and bent into an "s" shape. I had to put 50 pound sandbags on it for 3 days to flatten it enough to use and it still has bends in it.

Needs to be thicker. It is thin enough that if my chair stays in one place for more than a few minutes the casters sink down and the chair will not roll easily.
