I have very low pile carpeting and yet my chair wheels dent the Chairmat.

It's not the strongest chairmat I've ever seen but it does its job at a reasonable price

Cleats don't hold in medium carpet - it tends to move too much.

This chairmat was not my first choice however I am glad I gave it a try. I have been pleased with its performance ever since.

works but is too thin

It serves its purpose but it is too thin. The chair leaves permanent impressions which makes it look bad.

product too light for my application

Product is good but too light for application over carpet. Wheels of chair cause bumps and impede easy moving. I wiil trade up to your heavier model.
