I GLIDE

Chairs do not glide well on rugs. No matter what kind. It makes it easier to type when I have to move to get more materials while I am typing. I just glide to my materials pick them up and continue typing without having to move my seat or readjust it.

OK for the price

On a little thicker than 1/8" the carpet type chair wheels sank down into the mat so I needed to add a thin piece of wood under the mat. The mat is now stiff enough and has better wear resistant. The mat is thinner than most mats I've used in the office.

Superb Staples Economical Chairmat..

I love the economical chairmat because I have carpet on my study room floor and using this mat makes it more easier for me to move around and slide from one position to another when during my school studies.

Great for Laminate Flooring!

4 day delivery! Packaged in a box; no unrolling and immediate install! Snug to floor; no worries about dust getting under mat! So clear you don't know it's there! Chair stays on mat! Quality superior to any other! Just what I was looking for! No more worries about my new laminate flooring!

Don't get it shipped to you

I don't recommend buying this online. Staples puts a delivery sticker on it that is annoying tedious and time consuming to remove. I'd also recommend getting a thicker one. I'm not a big person but after minimal use mine already has impressions that make it difficult to roll your chair out of.

Very flimsy for a 180 pound user

The product desrcription NEVER indicated that the mat was only for 'non-padded' carpeting! I only weigh 180 and the casters on my chair sink in and make the soft pad very inconvenient to use.
