Staples Delivery Service is Below Par.

This chair mat was originally scheduled for delivery on Sept. 27. Not delivered because "Unable to complete before 5PM." Rescheduled for delivery on Sept. 30 Not delivered because "Unable to complete before 5PM." Rescheduled for delivery on Oct. 1. Not delivered because "Address not found." Rescheduled for delivery on Oct. 2 and was delivered. The mat was shipped with no packaging. So it was not not damaged but was not in pristine condition because it had been hauled around uncovered on the delivery van for four days. I accepted delivery because it wasn't really damaged and I really needed it but I will think long and hard before I every order from Staples again.

DIDN'T EVEN LAST A YEAR!

This didn't even last a year. Pieces of it started coming out. It's made up of little squares not one piece that you can roll on for a long time. Once one piece came out the rest all started coming up. My chair would get caught in the little squares that were either coming up or missing. Staples products have really gone downhill!!!

The chair leaves compressions where you roll and then you have an uneven rolling surface for your chair. Is not a hard plastic soft plastic.

Thinner than I wanted

I needed a new chair mat since mine was cracked and falling apart. This one is a great price but you do get what you pay for. It's thinner than the last one I had and I can definitely feel the bumps each time I move my chair. I am using it on low pile commercial carpet. Hopefully it "settles" into the carpet and I won't feel the bumps but if I had known it was this thin I would have ordered a better one instead.
