Too weak

I chose the mat that was recommended for the thickest carpet. Didn't work. In very little time my chair settles into the craters under the castors. I'm returning it.

Upgrade well worth it!

Had the "light weight" version of this product and it wore out in a year.....and that's all the warranty was good for. This heavier duty model is MUCH better and has a lifetime warranty. Well worth the few bucks more. Great product!

The mat is fine. It is just what I expected. The shipping was on time also. My only complaint is the fact that it was not in stock at the store.

Flexible 'gripper' teeth not overly sharp

flexible plastic easy to place and adjust 'gripper' teeth are not overly sharp (some cut right through your hands) time will tell if it has the structural integrity to hold up under the weight and heavy use it will get.

This mat will not stay in position. It creeps along the carpet even with my weight and the weight of the chair. I thought I would notch the edges to fit between two legs of the table I use for my computer desk but even then the mat creeped to one side (creating a buldge). I now have table legs directly on the mat and while that has slowed it down it has not stopped the creeping. Frustrating. My carpet is high pile which is why I spent the extra money for this mat. I couldn't have done any worse with a mat $50 cheaper.

Cheap thin no good on carpet. It will last a few weeks maybe.
