Chair Floor Mat

Good heavy quality and the floor anchoring system seems to work OK. I was concerned that it might not hold onto the carpet same as the old system (longer and pointy) but so far so good. I bought a lighter weight mat with this new anchoring system and had to return it because it moved around on the carpet when the chair moved.

The mat is sturdy and works well. The store did not have the mat in stock but it was delivered within 48 hours of purchase to my door. The mat was easy to flatten out so it was usable within in a hour or so after I laid it out.

The floor mat arrived timely abit dirty but that was not a problem Was thinner than expected but does look good and and serves it's purpose. Time will tell how durable in a home office.

The first time I was sent the wrong mat even though it was ordered properly at the store. My return was handled with true professionalism and the second time I received the correct mat.

The chair mat that I bought was out of stock so the clerk had me order them through the kiosk at the Redmond Staples. When they arrived they were too small and flimsy. If they had them on display at the store I would have opted for larger and more durable chair mats. The Redmond Staples should have had samples of all the chair mats offered in stock.
