Terrible floppy useless46x60 medium-pile chair mat

They must be sending different version to people. I was unlucky and got one that was useless. My carpet is low to medium (about 5/8 inches using their paperclip method to measure). I ordered the medium-pile and it was floppy and terrible. The chair alone sinks into it. Sitting on it created little craters where it sank in. I could barely roll out of them and it just makes new ones. The spikes on the bottom were only a millimeter or two thick. I've had much better versions of these mats before. This one is terrible. It's like they sent the cheapest one they had and stuck a medium pile sticker on it. I returned it immediately.

The mat arrived within a couple of days of purchasing it from the Sterling Staples. It works perfectly in my space. Totally satisfied with shipment and the item.

This mat is ideal in every way...in fact this is the second one I am buying the first lasted over 10 years not bad considering it has a 1 yr guarantee. Highly recommend this mat...

Great Mat!

I bought this to replace another mats I had recently purchased for our office. This mat stays where you put it and doesn't arrive rolled up. It's shipped flat and has a good solid feel compared to the one I replaced. I would totally recommend actually I selected it because of other reviews I read on it.
