At first the chair moved effortlessly on mat but now after less than two weeks the castors make indentations on ithe supposedly "medium pile carpet" mat - much the mat this one was bought to replace.. The borders of the mat lay flat on the carpet . Overall it appears I should get a mat for high pile carpet although my carpet is low pile

It is still sliding across the carpet which means it does not have enough grip to hold in place.

Great for the carpet. Protects the carpet and lets my chair roll easily at my desk area. I ordered online and had it in 2 days. Great customer service!

Little dirty when it arrived. A little dusting cured that. Mat works very well on hard wood floors
