So disappointing

The plastic is cheap and thin. The wheels of your chair make deep immediate impressions. Advertised for deep pile (3/8”) it is really only for very thin pile. Bait and switch. Annoying to feel so ripped off. Don’t buy a mat online—you have to feel it to know what you are getting. But few stores have anything physically in stock. Good luck!

Mat is working well. Delivery was promised next day or second day but instead was delayed over and over until the sixth day. Why promise next day?

However a big problem - for use in my home office with 1/4 inch pile and under-padding. Not useful at all (chair won't move). My mistake. I didn't measure my carpet before purchase. Dosen't look like Staples has a suitable pad. I've used my current one for at least ten years need to find source of suitable pad any help??

It creeps and crawls. Have to pull it back into place daily; Anchor Bar Cleats too short. Chair sometime needs lifting to roll back on Ramped Edge but rolls ok once on the mat . Glad for the handles on each side. Looks good thought.

Nice mat - bad shipping

I really like this chair mat. It's thick and my chair now moves over the carpet smoothly. The shipping of it is a whole other story. The mat doesn't come wrapped in anything. It just has a sticker on it. Being in upstate NY in January it is muddy snowy and cold. The mat came covered int dirt/mud. I had to hose it off before I could even bring it in the house. Not the easiest thing to have to do in 20 degree weather. The delivery guy was very apologetic but it still stinks!
