It says it's for thick or high pile carpet but I have permanent dents where the chair sits . This happened on the first day. Nice product but not for high pile carpet

This is the 2nd mat we’ve purchased. The first one was for low pile carpet. It lasted about four years before it began to crack in the area where the desk chair most frequently was placed. The new mat is for a high loft carpet and has a limited twenty year warranty. Will see how it goes - - -.
