Basically a rolled up chair mat never ends up flat.This chair delivered by Staples is shipped "flat" and laid flat on the floor. While it does dimple where the wheels sit it does not dimple enough to cause a problem wheeling about. Considering how bad the other mats were this one is great.Very satisfied.Particularly with the reasonable price.

The chair mat is a perfect size for my needs. However it is not thick enough as it forms depressions from the chair. Wouldn't recommend unless you weigh as much as a child!

My mat was delivered as promised - just not in the condition I was expecting. It came dust-covered - no not with a dust cover but rather covered in dust - some of it darker than you'd expect. (Not a popular item in the warehouse I take it.) Obviously it had been left in the delivery truck on a cold night in a semi-compromising position - so I had to wait a couple of days for the curve to it to "melt" out. After some Windex and a few pounds of old text books it was as good as new and works just great.
