I am an artist. For every exhibition festival and/or art show has it's own criteria. I need to keep track of all coorespondence as well as contracts lists what sells dates etc. This portfolio is perfect for these purposes. I don't even reuse them. I keep them intact for each show. All info pertinent to that show is in one place. All contact info all observations. What pieces were in the show etc. The design of the portfolio lends itself to lables on both the spine and on the cover. Works well for me.
