awesome for award certificates and 8x10

I purchased a 2nd one to keep new title certificates that my dog has won. I also keep course maps and pictures special ribbons...all in this presentation folder. Within the first one is his history for most of his first 4.5 years of life. 24 pages front and back...now I'm creating another for the next 4 years.

This easy to use binder is put together very well. It's lightweight durable clean looking and strong. This binder doesn't take much space when used to its capacity. I purchased four of them for my current project. This binder is just as well put together as the name brand binders that are similar. However for less money. The only way I feel this binder can be improved upon which is minimal is to have many more colors available. So that consumers such as myself can have a better choice for when its used at home office manuals or as gifts too.

This binder is perfect for my job!

I use this binder to keep my jobs separated. I put each day I am scheduled in one of the sleeves. I can see the date of the job and all the information. Since the sleeves are plastic everything stays tidy. Since I am handling food it's not always easy to keep things clean The cover of this binder allows you to slip your own sheet in so you have a personalized look also.

Have several of these Presentation Binders in use a few in stock and will probably purchase additional binders within the year if the price does not increase. I find the binders very useful for organizing documents by subject. I especially like being able to store printed copies of each family's documents from my genealogical computerized file. Eventually each family will have its own booklet. In addition as an archivist for a social organization I insert documents into these binders so that they may be viewed by attendees. They are also useful for quick reference of working files. I can easily update as changes occur.

I purchased the Staples Presentation Binders (6 sleeve capacity) to use as one of our marketing tools. We have had a lot of positive feedback and people asking where we purchased the binders. Of course we always tell them that we purchased them from Staples. These binders are very sturdy and perfect to keep your papers from any damage. I love the protector sheets inside. This is a great product and I will continue to purchase these binders. You rock Staples!!!

I've been using these presentation binders from Staples for years and years and even the most elderly ones still maintain their integrity. Although the plastic sheets (with a top opening) feel thin they are sturdy enough to use multiple times. Besides music I use them to organize my notes for speaking engagements. And countless times I have to put my "show and tell" items in and out rearrange my outline and so forth. The 24-side binders are a bargain but I also use the 12-slot versions as well.
