Great for storing kids art work

The Staples presentation binder is perfect for storing and sharing my kid's school projects. Every year I use a presentation binder to store that current school years art work and school work. It's the right size better than a usually picture album. The protective sheets are durable and also are not removable so I do not have to worry about losing sheets. My son also is able to decorate it with stickers. The price and the sleeve capacity is just right. I really enjoy using this poduct.

The Staples Presentation Binder 24 Sleeve Capacity (White) is a versatile product that can be used for so many things. You can personalize the front and spine for great organizational possibilities. I searched various office supply stores and only found this product with Staples. This is wonderful for organizing multiple page reports. My daughter used this for a Girl Scout Gold Award project final report with enough room for report pictures forms and left a page to display her certificate of completion. This item has so many possibilities a must have for anyone who likes organization.

Presentation binder houses my resume

Looking for a professional look when I presented my resume at a job interview I found this binder to be effective to catch the eye of my potential employer. Yes she did look. Yes she made copies of the items she wished to keep for my file. No I did not get the job. If only my presentation binder came with a guarantee for a job!

Great Investment

I purchased this item for my son's senior project. The project gave him the opportunity to receive a scholarship. It was easy to access the binder name area. The front cover area that was provided allowed the ability to provide a neat appearance to the presentation. The individual sheet holders allowed easy insertion of pages and a very pleasant presentation appearance. The presentation book was passed among a group of judges as well as the audience that was there for the final award ceremony and held up great. When I received it back the presentation book still looked emasculate.

Excellent--Exactly what I needed

The sleeves were not too thick nor too thin. The binder is great for holding documents that you would like to quick reference (my use) or for presentations (as advertised). Perhaps not so good for long-term document storage solutions but definitely for intermediate time frames (a few years?). Also the thinness of the sleeves lend themselves to a light compact folio but do not have the apparent strength to withstand heavy handling or daily use for extended periods. All-in-all a very good product! I also liked that I could insert my own front matter (picture presentation title etc).
