Envelope order

I recently was in need of a particular size envelope to complete a mailing for my job. I was assisted on a Sunday by a very helpful gentleman that place the order and by Tuesday I was able to pick up the envelopes and meet my deadline. The sales clerk was pleasant helpful and called when my order arrived

These envelopes work great. They are just the right size for fitting into a #10 size envelope with several invoices enclosed. They are easy to handle and the flap doesn't raise up when you slip them into the envelope.

Too expensive

#9 envelopes are too expensive compared to #10 which are slightly larger. I use the #9 envelope and place it in a #10 envelope because of requirements placed on me. I would rather buy #9 envelopes at a lower price or be able to buy a smaller quantity.

We use the envelopes to put tax filing forms in so that they can be mailed to our clients to be signed write the check for payment and then mail to the taxing authority. In using the # 9 envelopes we are able to fit them in our standard # 10 envelope to mail to our client. This saves us money by not having to use the more expensive # 11 envelopes and usually keeps the weight down so that the postage is not as much. I would recommend that anyone that mails forms to clients that will have to be mailed after processing that they try this.

Fit perfectly

I needed to send quite a few letters containing an addressed stamped envelope. The #9 fits perfectly inside a #10 and still allows for several sheets of 8 1/2 x 11 to be folded inside it. The only drawback was the size of the box. I only needed 10 so a box of 12 - 50 would have been convenient. I bought the box of 500 because I was in a rush.
