I bought a box of 500 #9 size white regular envelopes. Back at the office I took a stack out preparing to print them. The quality of the envelopes were so bad I put them back in the box for a return on my next visit to Staples. I am not sure I would ever use such a poor quality envelope for any customer.

The envelopes were fine. Unfortunately the event got canceled so half of the envelopes were recycled
