Number 9 Envelopes

These Number 9 envelopes fit perfectly into a Number 10 (standard size) envelope. This makes them perfect for mailings to clients which require a response by mail. You can pre-address the return envelopes to save your clients time. In addition these envelope are large enough for clients to to mail a full 8 x 10 inch piece of paper (or several 8 x 10 inch pieces of paper) by simply folding the paper in thirds (as you would do with any mailings). The envelopes are thick enough so you cannot see through them thus protecting the clients' privacy.

I use the envelopes to send to clients who then return info to me or mail to IRS. These envelopes were not strong or glued sufficiently to use for this purpose. The #9 size is right to inserting into a #10 size but the quality is just too poor to send to clients. If you want to present a professional feel do not use these envelopes.

Was disapointed that I couldn't get in 100 piece boxes. I used size 9 inserted in size 10 for return purposes.

I placed an order online for 1-hour pickup the inventory said they had 6 in stock (I needed 8) - so I ordered all 6. Went to pick up and they only had 5 (which they had locked in a cupboard that they couldn't open) - what a pain. I ended up having to drive to another Staples store to get two more boxes. (Again online the inventory said they had 3 - but when I got there they only had 2) Not sure where the disconnect is between online inventory and actual amounts but this needs to be addressed!
