Glue has to be better!!

The product is (almost) great. I'll still use it because it gets the job done. I use Scotch Tape to 'finish' the job. If not it could be a security breach.

Closure Glue Still Not Very Good

The price is right the size is right but the glue is still not good. In order to insure privacy for my clients I always use Scotch tape on the closure flap. This has been a consistent complaint and Staples doesn't seem to be paying attention. Guess the only way to get their attention is to stop purchasing the item which I will do when and if I find a better product at a similar price.

The green was faded and smudged

My boss wants high quality envelopes going to his clients because it reflects good on our business. The "first class" on the envelopes was so faded and smudged that it was embarrassing to send to anyone. Can't complain about anything else with that particular envelope. Hesitant about ordering anymore because how do I know what I'm getting especially when you order online.
