Friendly staff. I'll be sure to use staples for my future copy jobs. Here's what I like best. I had ordered 750 copies of a letter. Unfortunately there was a typo and so I had to order the job again (my fault). However the staff made things much easier for me by offering to shred the "bad" letters at no extra cost. I was grateful for that because my little shredder at home could not do the job.

They don't stick as well as I would like. I tape the back down so that it doesn't open up in the mail especially when I mail confidential material.

I had to use tape to seal some of these envelopes because the glue wasn't very sticky. You could do a better job with that!
