The side fold of the envelope separates causing letters or smaller items to fall out before it gets to its intended. I now have to glue most of the sides down after putting a letter in.

It is excellent that I could get these from the Falmouth store exactly when I needed them. I would have preferred self-seal without the tear off as supplied by DELUXE but the tearoff worked well.
