we needed something to protect our wood floors and be unobtrusive--and these mats work very well--we have used several of them in our office for many productive years

this is a great looking mat...but it is too pliable and keeps rolling up and bending at the edges...also the backside is smooth as top surface so nothing keeps it in place on carpet floor constantly bunching up (had no idea plastic could even do that)...disappointed.

does a great job behind my desk and is easy to clean. Vacuums easily or if needed a wet mop just brightens it right up.

I thought I was ordering one that had slats with laminate wood covering. But it was just a plastic matt with a picture of wood. Returned it right away.
