The mat is good so far. The delivery method need improvement. It was delivered without any protection. Just a label and all twisted up. Had I know that it was unreturneable and would be shipped in such a fashion never would have order it. Took a while for all the wrinkle to flatten out. You need to DO BETTER!

Filthy Dirty and Bent

This chair mat was shipped without any protective packaging. It was filthy dirty bent and warped upon delivery. A shipping label was slapped on the mat leaving a sticky residue that no amount of scrubbing with various adhesive solvents will remove. I've let it sit for over 24 hours with heavy items on it to flatten it and it's still warped on the edges. I've had to clean it with soap and water. Do yourself a favor: Do Not Purchase

I have had this product for about a week now and it already has ruts in in making it difficult to move the computer chair (that's on wheels) Perhaps a better plastic (harder) would do a better job.
