Best folders for real estate file

We find these to be the best folders for our real estate files sturdy with the ability to attach documents etc. Will order again.

I have used these file folder the past couple of yeears. I perticulaly like that the are heavy duty enough that they can be used over and over again.

I hope it doesn't cost that much. Very pricy! It will be perfect if there is at least one divider inside.
