This riser is well made and works as expected. This one seemed to have the lowest height when in the down position which I needed. I ordered it knowing that my space restrictions would be a challenge when using it standing up. I wanted to try it anyway. I really wish the eligibility to return was longer than 14 days. I probably will return it because of my space limitations.

I looked into an inexpensive portable and dependable laptop riser for my husband who has to work from home because of COVID-19. It’s difficult to sit at a desk all day when you are used to attending meetings traveling and having the option of standing or sitting at a quality desk. My husband has also commented on his body aching from sitting at his home desk. He likes this riser the ease in raising and lowering it and it’s compact size. Now at least he can type or make calls in a standing position.

Very well constructed. Collapsed height is 1.75". Not "fully" adjustable vertical stops at 8 10 12 14 & 16 inches. Springs are strong do not pull the trigger unless it is on a firm flat surface. I bought this for home use and it serves me well. I would not want to use it "on the road" as it weighs over 15lbs.
