I don't agree these come open at least they haven't in my usage (but I don't overstuff having multiple sizes). They work fine in my appellate lawyer practice.

Envelope quality is nice but the adhesive to close the flap is poor. Must use tape to be sure it doesn’t come open.

The sticky strip is only about a millimeter thick. They will not close and you'll end up having to tape them shut. It is a manufacturing defect as we already had two boxes with the same defect. Very disappointed.

These envelopes are just poorly made. I would not recommend them. The seam down the middle in one box we received wasn't glued down at all so I still had to use packing tape to make the envelope whole before even putting anything in it. Not all envelopes in the box were like that but a substantial amount were. It doesn't save money or time if you have to tape it all over to keep it together.

We use this product to mail out important documents. We used to use the 10X13 lick yourself envelopes but for the mass amounts that we send out we found that the quality of sealing and ease of sealing was better with the pull-and-seal.
