Won't stay closed

Overall a good product however NEED MORE GLUE. The envelopes were the perfect size for what I needed to mail BUT I experienced a few problems with envelopes coming unglued and received contents back from post office. This could have created a big problem because the items were time sensitive. Fortunately I had provided ample mailing time and met my deadline even with re-sends.

Great alternative to manilla colored envelopes (that give you that manufacturer look) We love the clean professional look of our out- going mail.

Buy Tape along w/ the envelopes

We used these for years but the seal strip keeps getting smaller & smaller & now doesn't hold the seal. Need to tape every envelope shut which is a waste since I'm supposedly buying a self-seal envelope. Don't waste your money.

My quarterly reports were mailed in this and I had to spend time adding scotch tape to every seam.

Not for shipping cheaply made

These envelopes are just poorly made. I would not recommend them. The seam down the middle in one box we received wasn't glued down at all so I still had to use packing tape to make the envelope whole before even putting anything in it. Not all envelopes in the box were like that but a substantial amount were. It doesn't save money or time if you have to tape it all over to keep it together.

I don't agree these come open at least they haven't in my usage (but I don't overstuff having multiple sizes). They work fine in my appellate lawyer practice.
