Did not want 8 inch. Tried and tried to order 7 inch. 8 inch came via mail. I purchased at least 10 scissors this past few months for gifts. Love the 7 inch due to being elderly they are the perfect fit. My senior friends like them also

These adorable scissors work well. However my husband has a hard time getting his fingers into the handle openings. Might not work well/be comfortable for those with larger hands.
