Ordered online for in-store pick up. The store had rolled it up and taped it together in an excessive amount of packaging tape. I spent an hour with Goo Gone and other chemicals trying to get the tape residue off - not cool when you're spending a good penny on a product.

At the present we have not started using this carpet floor mat but we have purchased two of these previously in the past and have found them to be very durable. The mat is clear and stays down very well. We find the price is acceptable. Since I have had two before it is because of heavy weight on chair rollers and it has broken down in the center.

This floor mat arrived nearly flat and flattened on the floor within a day. It is rigid so it does not get wavy or interfere with chair movement. Excellent product! I tried mats that cost $30-$40 but they were not as rigid and would not stay flat.
