It gets depressions from the wheels of the chair and still doesn’t lie flat. I’ve tripped on one particular corner a couple of times.

We were hopeful that the thickness of this chair mat would be sufficient and "NOT" dimple when the wheels of the chair sit for long periods of time. Not the case. Of course I also understand that the carpet may have an influence on the outcome. Unsure of what to do next if anything.
