I was expected a much harder surface mat. This serves the overall need but there is just enough give in it that makes it like it is almost like it is on carpet and I wanted something that would be very easy to roll the chair.

So far it is working out fine hope its durable and will last some time. Fits very well under the desk and would recommend it. Only thing I didn’t like it is very difficult to transport out of your store and into my office the spikes are terrible maybe you can devise some covering for transportation?? The chair mat came to me unboxed or packaged. There were scars from the transport. That I was not to happy with. But the mat does a great job even with the scratches.

Arrived quickly. Appreciated that it did not come in a cardboard box (working on down-sizing my footprint). Nice and big so that I can roll around without falling off the ledge onto the carpet. Had a slight odor but that was gone on day two.
