Very soft and indentations seem to stay vs popping back. Mat came with scratches on both edges. I hope it lasts...

This mat doesn’t work on high pike carpets. Chair sinks into the mat and won’t roll around.

Does not work well with plush carpet. Chair sinks into carpet even with the mat. Should not be described as plush chair mat. I do not like it but better than just the chair on the carpet.
