Not sturdy enough to resist the weight of my body. The wheels become sunken into the mat causing dents which does not allow me to roll in and out. I’m disappointed with the purchase

It's okay but not for soft carpet.

Good size thick and heavy. However it is not stiff enough on thick carpet to stop indentations from the castors of the office chair from forming. It also moves a lot and has to be repositioned often.

This is for hardwood floors. You can not use it for the carpeted floors. Overall it is a really great product. I purchased this product for my home office. The only problem I had was about the shipping. It comes open item. It was extremely dirty. Manufacturer needs to find a way to solve this problem such as a sticker to keep it clean during shipment which can easily be removed by the buyer. It took me a good amount of time to clean it up. Once clean it was a great solution to protect my wood floors. I gave four start for the fact that I had to spend time to clean it up.

Good Thickness QUICK Delivery easy install just let lay in sun for about an hour it will flatten out and relax so you can easily put under your desk. If that doesn't work try placing some heavy books on any area that is curled up that will help it to flatten out. I would have paid a little more if it could have been about 4" to 6" longer (36" x 48") 36" x 53" would have been perfect. However the width is exactly right for my desk. I looked and compared it to other chair mats before purchasing but nothing compared to this one for the price. if I sit in the same place for a long time it will indent the mat but it recovers a short time later. This is due to the fact that the carpet underneath the mat is somewhat plush and not a fault of the mat itself. Would purchase it again if in the market for another mat.
