This floor mat developed divets where the chair sits within hours of normal usage. The plastic is not hard but somewhat maleable and so is difficult to roll on. I would not recommend this item. Considering returning since it’s useless but just don’t feel like the hassle. Not a good quality product.
It's almost impossible to move an office chair around on carpet in your house so while everyone is working from home now you need to buy one of these. Good price and delivered right to your door.
Bought this mat for my home office which is carpeted in medium pile plush. My rolling office chair leaves LARGE dimples in the mat which are not difficult to move out of but I am concerned that the mat will crack/split fairly soon by virtue of the size and depths of the dimples. The more serious issue is that the mat "walks" on the carpet in my case from left to right resulting in it creeping up against the base of my credenza. The credenza doesn't stop it...it continues to creep pushing up the edge of the mat against the corner of the credenza in a rising slope. I have one corner of the mat under a heavy file cabinet in hopes that would keep it in place but it has no effect. Have re-positioned the mat at least 4 times in the first week I've had it and each time it resumes its creep from left to right until it starts to creep up the credenza base and I have to lift the file cabinet and re-position it. If this continues I'll just take it up and put in the garage as an oil mat under the car.
I thank you so much for my mat I work from home so I am on carpet and it is hard to move in my chair. So I remembered about the mats that we had at the office so I took a chance to see if it was available for me to purchase and it was!!! I recommended you to my daughter and she also made an order and was very satisfied with it. Thank You Michelle
The mat is too soft and the chair casters make depressions that don’t bounce back. So the mat has “pot holes” the makes it hard to move the chair around. Unfortunate since that’s why I bought it. ITT also moves on the carpet requiring me to constantly pull it back from the desk where it bunches up against the desk. We have a low pile carpet so that is not the cause.
