I would have given it 5 stars but I think the height/consistency of my carpet (even with the mat) is still an issue for my chair to roll over it. However its still better than my chair attempting to just roll across carpet lol.

Really disappointed. My chair leaves large circles anywhere it rolls to for any length of time. Hard to roll out of the indentation. Defeats the whole purpose of why I got a chair mat. Need to return it but have to take back to store as can't leave on my front porch for days on end waiting for pick up.

It’s very soft and the wheels get stuck. I’m 140 lbs so it’s definitely not for people over 90 lbs. Will Be replacing. Do not recommend.

I'm using on a medium pile carpet. Yes it dents and shifts a bit but they all do on medium carpet. I don't mind moving the mat back every few days. The material is a softer vinyl than my old one so I expect it won't break as readily. Dents are OK breaks are not. I wanted something inexpensive for a year or so until I move and this one will do OK.

Went to purchase chair mat in store. This was only model they had. Too thin. After only a few hours rollers on chair created permanent divots in mat. total waste of time and money.
