The hardwood floormat was delivered to my house unboxed unwrapped and unpackaged! I asked the delivery guy about the lack of packaging and he stated that is how it was in the warehouse. The floormat was filthy including muddy footprints with dings throughout the mat. Before I could bring it into the house I had to hose it and wipe it down. The paper towels were black with dirt. The only reason I gave it two stars is because the mat is the perfect size for the office area. I will be returning it to the store for a NEW floormat; which is what I paid for!

This is a nice mat but unfortunately my wheels are sinking into the mat so it’s difficult to move into the desk .

Good size overall but the material is on the thin side so the chair wheels sink in if you sit in same spot too long. It then takes a good amount of effort to roll around. The heavier the carpet nap the worse it is. Go for thicker mat if on carpet.

I actually bought 3 of them. The Staples guy brought 2 and he was about to leave I realized he only gave me 2. I told him I bought 3. It said on 2 of mats 1of 3 2 of 3. Anyway he goes “here you go I thought you only Ordered 2. He leaves and I see that one of the mats had some marks on them And I couldn’t get them off. I had to use a Magic Eraser.
