Received a link from Staples to reorder a previous item. Thought it was the same floor protector but it is not. Although I got what I ordered and I should have paid closer attention to the actual item I had mistakenly assumed that the link from Staples was correct in what I was reordering. What I got was a flimsy carpet protector that is of poor quality.

I was expecting a rigid mat that would keep my chair from sinking into the carpet but this one is very flimsy and flexible. In fact it's so thin that you can roll it up. My chair wheels make dents in it. It looks nice and is better than nothing but it definitely doesn't help my chair roll better or keep the carpet from being smashed. If there wasn't a pandemic I would return it to the store for something else.
