I AM USING THE MAT AT MY COMPUTER DESK AT HOME AND I PURCHASED IT TO PROTECT MY NEW CARPETING I JUST INSTALLED. IT MAKES MY CHAIR EASIER TO MANUEVER OVER THE CARPET.
