This chairmat does not match the slightly smaller"standard" chairmat that I bought at Staples. It works. I do like the size but it's not smooth. The chair doesn't glide very easily makes a rumbling noise and when I'm barefoot the texture is like walking on concrete. It's also not as translucent as the "Standard" chairmat which means it is more visible on the nice hardwood floors. And as stated in the description it's square and it has a "cliff edge" which means it doesn't have the nice taper region on the "standard" mat. That makes more of a difference than I thought.

Very good economical option

I use this for our small home office it is small and adequate but with our thicker carpet it tends to give under the wheels of the chair. Would reccomend this be used on shorter carpet.

I have 6 of these in my office and 5 cracked after 2 years of use. They have a limited lifetime warranty so I called Staples and was given the manufactuers contact info. I filed a cliam online and had 5 new mats in my office within 10 days!!! They didn't even charge me shipping!

Office use Needs to be larger working surface area to allow for chair movement around the office area.

Durable Office Chair Mat

After several years my old mat had hardened and was breaking apart. I chose this one over the name brand because the quality appeared to be the same but the price was significantly lower.
