Overall it was a good purchase. My only issue is that it is a bit short and the part that goes under the desk coul be small/short to compensate for a few inch’s more in the larger part.

Hoe this will be the best chair at. Previous ones normally did not last very long before they cracked / broke to pieces. This seemed to be a good value for the money and it was not folded up. It has a one year guarantee so I'll be curious to see if it indeed lasts that long. If it does it will most definitely be a first.

Fits easily in small areas to enable desk chairs to move freely on carpet. Durable construction and compares well with higher priced versions of this product. We have used these for several areas in our home. When we added another desk in a bedroom I went back to Staples for this identical product.

I read the reviews that this chair mat wasn't that sturdy for chairs but I wanted it for my cat litter. My cats can't seem to keep the litter inside the box. They manage to get it all over the rug surrounding the litter box. It occurred to me that this plastic mat would be ideal to keep the litter from getting into the rug. So for my purposes it works great. It probably would crack with my desk chair after a few months.
