Does the job but will not last

This does help the carpet under chair but will not last long. Nothing like the commercial mats in businesses.

Works really well. Chair wheels roll easily and mat is stiff enough so that the wheels do not sink into the carpet.

Good Mat for the money

This is a great regular use office chair mat. It was the most inexpensive one that I could find and since I hate spending money on stuff like this it was a good buy. I have only had it for a few weeks but it appears that it will hold up just fine. I did have a bit of a problem with shipping of the items. I ordered 3 and received only 2 of them and one of the 2 had the corner all splintered and cracked. I called to see what had happened to the 3rd one and what to do with the cracked one and they immediately made arrangements to replace the cracked one and get the 3rd one here the next day. I am sure that the -30 degree temps we were having at the time was the reason for the damaged one. Regardless they remedied the situation by the next day.

This mat is very thick and covers a lot of area. The chair rolls from one side of the space to the other like a dream. This chair mat has certainly been the answer to our issue with being able to move the desk chair around the room on the plush carpet. It is great to know that we are protecting the carpet while we are moving around the room as we accomplish the tasks that we need to do in our home office. The mats that we have had in the past have been too thin and too small for the area that we need to traverse. This one is just right for our needs.

great mat

I ordered this mat through Staoles.com at the physical store it wasn't in stock there must have been a run on them. Ha ha. So the salesperson suggested using the Staples.com. The shipping was free so I decided to go ahead and do that. It was very easy and the salesguy said it would ship to my home in two days. I didn't even know what it was going to look like but I took my chances. It was delivered in the freezing cold and it was as hard as could be.The directions on it say to let it lay flat in your home for 24 hours before you use it.I then put it at my desk and I love it. My chair rolls over it so easily where before it was dragging on the carpet. Great mat.
